Our love for culinary adventures has led us to taste and savor dishes from numerous cultures, and our journey of discovery continues.
We believe that understanding the origins of food, the stories behind each dish, and the unique elements that define every cuisine is essential.
Alongside our culinary exploration, we are equally passionate about diving into London's most unique and diverse neighborhoods.
Our mission is to share this passion with as many people as possible, revealing a different side of London: a sprawling, cosmopolitan city where nearly every culture is beautifully represented.
OUR TEAM
Omer
Food has always been my passion. I come from a family of bakers, and my mother ran an Asian food stall when I was young.When I moved to London, I fell in love with London’s international culinary scene, and instantly fell in love with Caribbean, Latin and African foods. My wife, Lucy, introduced me the amazing world of Afro-Caribbean food, and I introduce her the amazing world of Mediterranean food.After deep exploration of London's markets and foods, we have launched "Hungry in London" and started taking tourists and locals to experience the culinary scene. In 2019 I launched a TV series in Israel, called "Omer is Eating London" which is still showing in the Food Channel.London's food markets is where I feel at home, and London's colorful neighborhoods is where I love exploring new places. Join me for a journey in London’s coolest and most delicious neighborhoods.
Itay
Itay Hasid is an experienced tour guide and screenwriter who seamlessly blends his passion for storytelling and history into captivating tours across London. Itay has been living in London for the past five years, following a period of living in Spain.
With over eight years of experience in guiding, Itay offers a unique perspective that bridges the gap between the past and present, high culture and popular culture. He specializes in crafting personalized travel experiences that weave together fascinating anecdotes and uncover the hidden stories of London.
Recently, Itay joined the "Hungry in London" team, where he brings his extensive experience working with diverse groups, organizations, and travelers. Through his tours, he ensures that each traveler gains added value, enriching their experience with his deep knowledge and engaging storytelling.
Lucy
Cooking has always been my greatest love. Despite years of working in an office with a wonderful team, I knew it wasn't what I wanted long-term. After exploring global cuisines with Omer, we launched "Hungry in London" to showcase the city's rich culinary diversity beyond fish and chips. With my expertise in African and Caribbean cuisines and Omer's knowledge of Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin flavors, we make a true "foodie" team. We're excited to share our unique perspective on London's vibrant food scene with you. Let's explore and enjoy this incredible city's culinary delights together!

Barry
Barry Cohen is a passionate radio broadcaster, DJ, and music lover who has made London his home in recent years. Living and breathing the historic Rock'n'Roll streets of the city, Barry is deeply immersed in the local music scene, capturing events and producing podcasts. You can often find Barry rocking dance floors, enjoying a good pint of IPA at a local pub, or leading walking tours where he brings the story of London’s music to life for travelers. His love for music and people inspired him to take the radio experience outdoors, making the fascinating narrative of London's music scene accessible to a wider audience. As a proud member of the "Hungry in London" team, Barry is thrilled to share not only music but also the city's rich culture through his walking tours.
Shuli
Shuli Lewis has been an independent marketing expert for nearly 25 years and a professional tour guide and organizer for over a decade. Her expertise spans a wide range of destinations, including Georgia, Montenegro, the Emirates, the French Riviera, Prague, London, and more.
Shuli is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for her travelers, with their enjoyment, taste, and energy serving as her guiding light. Her commitment is to deliver nothing short of a perfect experience on each of her tours, particularly in the endlessly fascinating city of London.
Osnat
Asenat Shor lived in London for over a decade and now resides in the city of St. Albans, where she also leads local tours.
Osnat is a true bundle of energy, with an endless passion for the UK, London, and its beautiful neighborhoods and areas. Her extensive knowledge of history, architecture, and art shines through in every tour she conducts, and she is always eager to share her love for these subjects with others.
